Al agreed and followed her to their designated beds. However, once everyone else had fallen asleep, the two creeped to one bed together, though it seemed the other girls, with the exception of Eleanor, followed the same example they too cuddled with Tsukune as he slept ignerantly.

Mizore smiled, happily curling up beside Al. "Seems like we're not the only ones sharing a bed." she whispered, her head on his chest. "Goodnight, Al..." She closed her eyes, enjoying the warmth of Al beside her. Before long, she was sound asleep.
Mizore's dreams, however, were not as warm and fuzzy as she felt with Al by her side. In her dream, Mizore was surrounded by fire with no way to escape. Seeing Al, she tried to call out to him for help but her voice failed her. He walked past her as people began to gather around her ring of fire, frightening faces that laughed at her. The last face she saw came closer than the rest, and she could smell his foul breath as he leaned in to kiss her. However, because of the heat of the flames, she was powerless to fight back. Just as his lips were about to touch hers, she woke up with a cry of fear that ended up sounding more like a loud squeak.

Al was still sleeping, deeply in fact, but she wasnt the only one awake. Over by the balcony, Eleanor was standing by the railing, gazing into the night sky looking distant. Despite wearing bed attire given by the maidens, the cold breeze barely left a tingle on her bare skin.

Mizore slowly started to calm down, seeing Al sound asleep beside her. However, she knew there was no way she could go back to sleep. She walked out onto the balcony, leaning next to Eleanor. "Can't sleep?" she asked quietly.
(I saw a funny thing on Pinterest that there should be an anime with one of those silent and mysterious characters, who turns out to just be someone who can't speak japanese and so has no idea what's going on. XD)

Eleanor glanced back at the snow sprite, but then looked back up at the stars as she replied, "Gryphons are light sleepers. You?"

Eleanor glanced back at the snow fairy, "Are you implying that you are willing to listen to my plotting of making Alasdair my mate in life?" she smirked with a hint of sarcasm, but she admitted that she was actually thinking more than just that. She just enjoyed teasing her every now and then.

Mizore blushed a bit. "If I knows your plans, then I can stop them." she teased back. "But, rivalry or not, you're still my friend. And I'll always be here if you need me."

(Oh. Well, I've been reading it. And I really like it. It's a LOT of reading, though. Which is why I'd never tell my bro to read it. XD)
"What do you mean why?" she asked. "I mean.. you like Al, and you'd rather him be with you instead of me... But that doesn't make you a bad person. In fact, I think you're really kind. And strong. It's just like with my other friends. Even though we were all fighting Tsukune before, we were -and still are- still very good friends."

The awkward silence continued, Eleanor wasnt so sure how to reply to such a notion. Then, she suddenly did something that would completely catch Mizore off gaurd. When she glanced back at Mizore she said with a straight face, "Ride me."

Mizore looked up, surprised. "W..what..?" she stuttered, blushing as she first thinking of something else. Then, she realized what she mean. "O..oh... Okay." She smiled a little, though she was a bit nervous. At least she had experience riding Al in his dragon form, so she sort of knew what to do.

Eleanor, without hesitation took Mizore by the arm, leaped off the side of the balcony, then transformed into her gryphon form and placed her firmly on her back before the snow fairy had a chance to scream.
Feeling the strong grip on her feathers, she knew that Mizore was now secure and then took off into the night sky. As beautiful as the sandy scennery was, gliding over the egyptians dunes that sparkled under the moon light, Eleanor had other intentions. Not too far from where they were, the great Sphynx could be seen in the distance, and there, she landed near the front paws of the great statue of ancient times.
